Refund & Cancellation Policy

Private Sessions

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a private session.

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice are eligible for a full refund or may be applied toward a future appointment.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.

 

Online Courses & Digital Programs

Because of the immediate access to intellectual property, course materials, recordings, and digital content, refunds are available only if 10% or less of the course content has been accessed or completed.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of purchase.

 

Memberships

Sacred Shift Society memberships may be cancelled at any time. Membership fees already paid are non-refundable. Access remains available through the end of the current billing period.

 

Retreats & Live Events

Retreat and event cancellation policies will be outlined separately for each individual event and may vary depending on venue and planning commitments.
